Delete My Account

You can permanently delete your Healthy Cousin account and all associated data at any time. This action is irreversible.

What will be deleted?

All of the following data will be permanently removed within 30 days of your request:

    Account & Profile

    Name, email, phone number, profile photo

  • 📦
    Order History

    All past orders, receipts, and preferences

  • 📍
    Saved Addresses

    Home, work, and all other saved locations

  • 💳
    Payment Info

    Saved cards and payment tokens

  • ⭐
    Reviews & Ratings

    All reviews submitted by your account

  • 💬
    Support History

    Chat logs and support tickets

⚠️ Data retained for legal compliance

Some data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or fraud-prevention purposes:

  • Transaction records: Required for accounting and tax compliance (up to 7 years)
  • Fraud prevention data: Anonymised signals retained per security policy
  • Legal compliance data: Where required by Indian law or court order

Prefer to delete in-app?

Go to App Settings → Account → Delete Account to submit a deletion request directly from the app.

Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. All your orders, preferences, and wallet balance will be lost.
