All orders placed through the Platform constitute an offer to purchase goods/services from the respective merchant. Healthy Cousin acts as an intermediary marketplace and delivery facilitator.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, traffic, or high demand may cause delays. Healthy Cousin is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery address information.

All content on the Platform, including logos, graphics, text, software, and trademarks, is the property of Healthy Cousin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Healthy Cousin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Healthy Cousin and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in any activity that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Platform or other users.
