Healthy Cousin provides on-demand delivery services for food, groceries, pharmacy items, parcels, and more. This Shipping & Delivery Policy describes how we deliver orders, the fees involved, and the timelines you can expect.

Delivery Areas

We currently operate in select cities and localities across India. The availability of delivery services, merchants, and products depends on your location. When you open the app and enter your delivery address, you will see all available services and merchants in your area.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times are displayed on the Platform before you place your order and are based on:


  • • Distance between the merchant and your delivery address
  • • Estimated preparation time by the merchant
  • • Current delivery partner availability and demand
  • • Traffic and weather conditions

  • Typical delivery windows:


  • • Food & Beverages: 20–50 minutes
  • • Groceries: 30–60 minutes
  • • Pharmacy: 30–60 minutes
  • • Parcel Delivery: Varies by distance

  • These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

    Delivery Fees

    Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance between the merchant and your delivery location. The applicable delivery fee will be displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order. Delivery fees are subject to surge pricing during peak hours or adverse weather conditions; any such surcharge will be disclosed before checkout.


    Certain orders above a minimum order value may qualify for free or reduced-cost delivery, as indicated in applicable promotions.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order is confirmed, you can track its status in real-time via the My Orders section of the app:


  • • Order Placed – Your order has been received and sent to the merchant.
  • • Preparing – The merchant is preparing your order.
  • • Out for Delivery – A delivery partner has picked up your order.
  • • Delivered – Your order has been delivered.

  • You will also receive push notifications and SMS updates at each stage.

    Failed Delivery

    If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, inability to contact you, or access issues:


  • • Our delivery partner will attempt to contact you via phone.
  • • If we cannot reach you within a reasonable time, the order may be returned to the merchant.
  • • Depending on the circumstances, you may not be eligible for a refund for perishable items. For non-perishable items, please contact support.

  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate.

    Contactless Delivery

    We offer contactless delivery for all order types. If you prefer contactless delivery, please indicate it in the delivery instructions when placing your order. Our delivery partner will leave your order at your door and notify you.
