Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with every order. If something goes wrong, here's how we make it right.

Overview

At Healthy Cousin, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that every order is delivered accurately and on time. If you are not satisfied with your order for a valid reason, we will work with you to issue a refund or replacement as described in this policy.

Eligible Refund Situations

You are eligible for a refund in the following situations:


  • • Wrong item delivered: You received an item different from what you ordered.
  • • Missing items: One or more items from your order were not delivered.
  • • Damaged items: Items arrived broken, spilled, or otherwise damaged.
  • • Quality issues: Food was spoiled, stale, or inedible upon delivery.
  • • Order not delivered: Your order was marked delivered but you did not receive it.
  • • Cancelled by merchant: The merchant or Healthy Cousin cancelled your order after payment was processed.

    Non-Eligible Situations

    Refunds will generally not be issued for:


  • • Change of mind after the order has been prepared or dispatched
  • • Incorrect address provided by the customer resulting in non-delivery
  • • Perishable items that are delivered correctly but the customer no longer wants them
  • • Delays due to reasons beyond our control (weather, traffic, etc.) unless the delay is extreme
  • • Partially consumed items claimed to be of poor quality without reasonable evidence

    How to Request a Refund

    To request a refund:


  • 1. Open the Healthy Cousin app and navigate to My Orders.
  • 2. Select the affected order and tap Report an Issue.
  • 3. Choose the issue type and provide a brief description (photos are helpful for damaged/wrong items).
  • 4. Submit your request.

  • Alternatively, you can contact our support team at support@healthycousin.in with your order ID and details of the issue.


    Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery (or within 24 hours of the expected delivery time for undelivered orders).

    Refund Processing

    Once your refund request is reviewed and approved:


  • • Online payments (UPI, Card, Net Banking): Refunds are credited to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
  • • Wallet credits: For faster resolution, we may offer to credit the refund amount to your Healthy Cousin wallet, which can be used on future orders.
  • • Cash on Delivery orders: Refunds will be issued as wallet credits.
  • 06

    Partial Refunds

    Where only part of an order is affected (e.g., one item out of several is missing or damaged), we will issue a partial refund corresponding to the value of the affected item(s).
